Please note your ticket is only valid during your purchased session time. Please arrive 30 minutes early to park and redeem your ticket at our pick up boxes located outside the Valley Adventure Center.
All Snow Tubing tickets are date specific and are non-transferable and non-refundable with the exception of the mountain closing due to inclement weather. Should the mountain close due to inclement weather, store credit will be issued to your e-store account. Ticket reservations may be canceled and credited to your e-store account, with no charge, up to 48 hours before your reservation. Changes within 48 hours of a reservation will incur a $20 service fee to your store credit. After your ticket reservation date, a $40 service fee will be incurred.
